"SEARCH AND PLAY" is a text/score poem text that encourages performers to "search" and play with sounds, movements, objects, and locations that they are instinctually drawn to. The goal of the piece is to allow performers to tap freely into their instincts and curiosity, senses that can sometimes be lost in the pressure to portray a certain sound or image as performers. ​
